If you are a customer who purchased through a retailer, please contact the retailer for return options.
We only return defective or damaged product that has been reported within 14 days from date of purchase (DOP) or date of delivery (DOD). Please note that photo's will be required.
We do not return product that has been damaged by the customer or due to 'change of mind' as it cannot be resold.
When submitting a return, I require your order number. This helps me confirm your order and the delivery connote number.
All returns must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and accessories intact. Used items will not be returned and you will be required to pay for shipping back to you.
What to do when your return is approved.
Once reviewed and I have accepted the return of your product, I will contact you via email with further instructions and a courier label.
Please package faulty product in original packaging so it is safe to travel, along with accessories. Then print the courier label and take to the post office for return.
You will then be given the choice of a refund or exchange which I will process as soon as the faulty goods have been received along with all accessories and I confirm the product is in it's original condition.
I am only one person and will aim to make the process as fast and painless as possible while keeping you updated every step of the way.
