WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?

Standard tracking NZ: $15

Standard tracking NZ with signature: $17

Delivery target: 3-5 business days for standard deliveries.

Rural tracking NZ: $17

Rural tracking NZ with signature: $19

Delivery target: 3-7 business days for rural deliveries.

Free shipping when you spend over $150 NZD.

All shipping comes with a tracking number.

*Delivery targets are a guide only and may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances i.e flooding. We will always strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

I don't offer this on my website as I am only 1 person fulfilling each and every order so I can't guarantee I will be able to do this every time.

HOWEVER, if you click the "Let's chat" button on my website and I am online, please feel free to ask me and I will do my best to make it happen.

WHAT IS THE STANDARD TURN-AROUND TIME FOR PRE-ORDERS?

Pre-orders are only open for products currently in production. There will be an ETA posted in the product description. Production can take up to 3 weeks. Importing into NZ can take 1-2 weeks dependent on customs. Then standard NZ shipping turn-around times apply.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Not at this point but if you are interested, please send me an email and I will consider this option more seriously. Danyelle@wirihanasupplies.co.nz.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

Of course!

Every online purchase comes beautifully packaged, wrapped in tissue paper, sealed with a square Wirihana logo sticker, a thank you card on top and carefully placed inside a custom printed mailer box.

You also have the option of adding a personalized note at check out, which I will personally write out myself and place inside your parcel before shipping.
